Insufficiently defined numeric response examples
Temperature
For a temperature numeric answer to be created, the question must specify whether the temperature being requested is expressed in Fahrenheit or Celsius. If the temperature measurement is unspecified, then a text answer labelled ‘Temperature’ is created.

Age
In the example below the column label for ‘Age when injured’ specifies ‘(in years and months)’. It is unclear how the response might be expressed; it could be numeric or alphanumeric. A text answer labelled ‘Age’ is created to accommodate the possibility of an alphanumeric answer.
