Arriving at a company reception for a meeting

Mr Smith: Hello, I’m coming to attend the meeting today.
Reception: Good morning, sir. Could you please show your ID and invitation letter?
Mr Smith: Here they are.
Reception: Thank you. Please wait a moment. Please look at the webcam behind me. We'll take a picture for you.
Mr Smith: All right.
Reception: Sir, this is your attendance card. Please wear this card at all times so that you can walk about freely in the company.
Mr Smith: Thank you. May I ask where the meeting is held?
Reception: You go upstairs by the escalator to the second floor, turn left, and the second room is the meeting room. You can see signs. You can also ask our staff if you cannot find it.
Mr Smith: Thank you very much!
Reception: You are welcome. There is still half an hour before the meeting begins. You can go to the bar next to here. All the alcohol-free drinks are free. This is a special benefit for those attending the meeting today.
Mr Smith: All right. Thank you!
