Qiántái: Mìmǎ kěyǐ zài fángjiān lǐ de gùkè zhǐnán zhōng zhǎodào. Rúguǒ nín méi yǒu zhǎodào de huà, kěyǐ gěi wǒmen qiántái dǎ diànhuà.

入住手续(續)已经(經)办(辦)好了 rùzhù shǒuxù yǐjīng bànhǎo le ‘you are now checked in.’ 入住手续 literally means ‘check-in procedure’. 好 Hǎo is a resultative complement.
左转(轉) zuǒzhuǎn ‘turn left’
乘坐电(電)梯 chéngzuò diàntī ‘take the lift’
到达(達) dàodá ‘arrive at’
即可 jìkě ‘and that will do, and that’s it’; = (less formal) 就是了 jiù shì le.
嗯 èn similar to 好的 hǎo de ‘all right’
请问早餐是什么时候?qǐngwèn zǎocān shi shénme shíhou? 'May I ask you when is breakfast?' This feels a little vague. 请问早餐是几点呢 'qǐngwèn zǎocān shi jǐ diǎn ne' might be more likely.
至 zhì is a more formal word for 到 dào 'until'
您需要向工作人员告知您的房间号。Nín xūyào xiàng gōngzuò rényuán gàozhī nín de fángjiānhào. A less formal version would be: 您需要告诉工作人员您的房号。 Nin xūyào gàosu gōngzuò rényuán nin de fánghào. 'You need to tell the staff your room number.'
向 xiàng ‘to’ (formal); 工作人员 gōngzuò rényuán ‘staff’; 告知 gàozhī ‘tell’
wifi密码 mìmǎ ‘code’. You can also use 无线网络 wúxiàn wǎngluò for 'wifi'.
顾(顧)客指南 gùkè zhǐnán ‘guide for guests’
给…打电(電)话 gěi … dǎ diànhuà ‘telephone to …’
谢谢啦 xièxie la. 啦 La (from 了 le + 啊 a) is subtle here; the sentence works without it.

Checking in to a hotel

Reception: Hello, sir. How can I help you?
Mr. Song: Hello, I booked a room for tonight. Here is my confirmation email.
Reception: All right. Please wait a moment. … May I have your ID card please?
Mr. Song: Here it is.
Reception: Thank you. … Hello, Mr. Song, you’re checked in. Your room is 5024. Please turn left and take the lift to the 5th floor.
Mr. Song: OK, thanks. … Right, what time is breakfast?
Reception: Breakfast is from 6am to 10am every day. You need to tell the staff your room number.
Mr. Song: All right. In that case, what is the password for wifi please?
Reception: The password can be found in the customer guide in the room. If you can’t find it, just call us in reception.
Mr. Song: All right, thanks!
Reception: You’re welcome.
