Reception: No problem, I won’t charge an extra fees. Did you have a nice stay here?
Mr Smith: It was good. I’m satisfied. The only thing is that the wifi speed is a little bit slow.
Reception: Our network is being updated. It will be better next week. We are really sorry.
Mr Smith: Oh, it’s not a big problem.
Reception: Thanks for your understanding. Would you like to have a membership card? Members can get 10% off.
Mr Smith: Do I need to pay for it?
Reception: It’s free when you’ve spent at least £200 in one payment. We don't need a membership fee, either. With this payment you have already fulfilled the requirements. You can enjoy the discount every time you check in with this card.
