哪位 nǎ wèi 'who' (polite version of 谁 shéi)

可不可以 kě bu kěyǐ (may, can (we etc.)' Note how 可 kě is used when forming a question with 不 bu. See keyi.
见个(個)面 jiàn ge miàn 'have a meeting' 见面 jiànmiàn is a verb object meaning ‘meet’. Verb objects can put measure words such as 个 ge in the middle.
聊一聊 liáoyiliáo 'have a chat' cf. 聊天 liáotiān 'to chat'
合作的事情 hézuò de shìqing 'things to do with cooperation, about cooperation'
下周(週)三 xiàzhōusān 'Wednesday next week'
没问(問)题。 Méi wèntí. 'No problem.'

Setting up a meeting by telephone

Mr Smith: Hello, is that Mr Zhang?
Miss Wang: Hello. I am Mr Zhang’s assistant. Who is that please?
Mr Smith: My name is William Smith. I met Mr Zhang during last week’s conference. Is he available now?
Miss Wang: Please hold on. Sorry to keep you waiting. I’ll transfer you to Mr Zhang’s office.
Mr Smith: All right, thank you.
Mr Zhang: Hello, Mr Smith.
Mr Smith: Hello, Mr Zhang. How was the conference last week?
Mr Zhang: Very good. How are you doing these days?
Mr Smith: Very well. Do you have time in the near future? Can we meet to talk about cooperation?
Mr Zhang: Certainly. How about next Wednesday?
Mr Smith: All right. When are you available?
Mr Zhang: How about 2pm?
Mr Smith: No problem. In that case shall we meet in your office?
Mr Zhang: Yes. See you then.
Mr Smith: All right. See you then.
