熟能生巧 Shúnéngshēngqiǎo

Literally "Once you become familiar with anything, it will feel less difficult."

English equivalent: Practice makes perfect.
German equivalent: Übung macht den Meister.

Example:
学习汉语最初学的十个汉字,你会觉得比较难,可是继续学下去,你就发现很多新的汉字总有一部分是已经学过的了,慢慢地你会觉得学习写汉字不是那么难了,熟能生巧嘛。
Xuéxí hànyǔ zuìchū xué de shí ge hànzi, nǐ huì juéde bǐjiào nán, kěshì jìxù xuéxiaqu, nǐ jiù fāxiàn hěn duō xīn de hànzi zǒng yǒu yíbùfèn shi yǐjing xué guo de le, mànman de nǐ huì juéde xuéxí xiě hànzi bú shi nàme nán le, shú néng shēng qiǎo ma.
"Learning the first ten Chinese characters, you will find it very difficult, but once you learn more, you will find parts of new characters you have learned before and so slowly you will feel that learning to write Chinese characters is not that difficult, as practice makes perfect."
