得完 Dewán is added to many verbs, with the meaning 'can finish ~ing'.

做得完 Zuòdewán 'can finish'

这么多作业两天内怎么做得完。 Zhème duō zuòyè liǎng tiān nèi zěnme zuòdewán.
‘How can I finish so much homework in two days?’

只要提高效率就能做得完。 Zhǐ yào tígāo xiàolǜ jiù néng zuòdewán.
‘As long as you increase your efficiency, you will manage to finish it.’

这些任务截止日期前做得完吗? Zhè xiē rènwù jiézhǐ rìqī qián zuòdewán ma?
‘Will we be able to complete these duties by the deadline?’

这个报告5分钟内做得完吗? Zhège bàogào wǔ fēnzhōng nèi zuòdewán ma?
‘Can you finish the presentation in five minutes?’

时间太紧,他说他不一定做得完。 Shíjiān tài jǐn, tā shuō tā bù yídìng zuòdewán.
‘There is too little time; and he said he may not be able to finish it.’
