FV1200 Lasers and Fluorescence Filters
Lasers
This microscope is equipped with a pulsed 405 diode, 559 DPSS, 440 & 635 diodes, and an argon laser with 458, 488, 515 lines.
Detectors
2x Spectral detectors - The spectral detectors on this microscope has a range of 400nm to 800nm. The width can be set between 1nm and 100nm.
1x PMT
2x HSD - High sensitivity GaAsp Detectors.
Filter cubes in the microscope
These filters are only used when you view your specimen down the microscope eyepieces. The filter turret will automatically rotate to Position 1 (LSM) when you start scanning with the confocal.
