Leica TCS SP8 STED 3X with 592 nm, 660 nm and 775 nm pulsed depletion lasers for multi-colour STED across the visible spectrum and 3D STED capability. SVI Huygens deconvolution software. 405 nm laser and pulsed White Light Laser (WLL) for confocal imaging and STED. Life Imaging Services 'Box' incubation system with CO2. Conventional and high-speed resonant scanner. ZGalvo focusing mechanism. Motorised stage.
