Access the Lecturecast Scheduler
Enter your UCL username and password and then click ‘Login’.
3. About the Lecturecast Scheduler home page
The home page consists of the search function and a number of event lists which are displayed on different tabs.
4.1 Select the search type
Select the term and the search type: Department/Module Code, Location or UPI.
4.2 Enter your search parameters
Type in keyword(s) for the search you wish to run and then click the 'Search' button to run your search.
4.3 Search results are displayed
in the 'Events' tab
All event records based on your search parameters are displayed in the 'Events' tab.
5.1 Using the List Filter
Type keyword(s) into the list filter to further refine your search results.

Use the column filters to sort displayed event records in ascending/descending order, or further refine your

Use the 'Unscheduled Events' tab to view all unscheduled event records based on your search parameters. An
unscheduled event is an event with a confirmed room booking but for which a recording has not yet been scheduled.

Use the 'Scheduled Events' tab to view all scheduled events based on your search parameters. A scheduled event is an
event with a confirmed room booking for which a recording is scheduled but has not yet taken place.
6.3 Using the 'Captured Events' tab
Use the 'Captured Events' tab to view all captured events based on your search parameters. Captured Events
relates to those events for which the Lecturecast recording has been captured. In the example above there are no
captured events displayed.
Use the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' filters to find the event you are looking for.

in the live Lecturecast Scheduler system.
