    1. Click on the Launch Rubric Manager icon located under the Submission Inbox tab to the far right under the Export sub-heading
    2. A pop-up window appears showing the last rubric/grading form you used, (if there is one), typically displayed in Turnitin Classic style. If . If this is the one you want to export go to step d.
    3. If you want to export a different rubric then click the View available rubrics and rubric options button in the top left corner of the pop-up window and select the rubric/grading form you want to download/export from the menu
    4. Once the desired rubric is open, in the top right hand corner of the pop-up screen, click on the View import/export options button/icon
    5. This should present two options, select Export...
    6. The *.rbc file will automatically start downloading and you will be prompted to save it. You can save it locally or in a shared repository from which you can email or share it with colleagues
    7. To exit the pop-up window, click on Close in the top right hand corner of the background screen.

  1. To export a particular rubric from a Turnitin Assignment in which you can edit/mark the submissions:

Open any submission* in a Turnitin Assignment in your Moodle course (by clicking on the Grade (i.e. the pencil icon))

It will open in Feedback Studio

    1. Click on the bottom blue Rubric/Form icon in the right hand margin
    2. Then click on the Manage rubrics and grading forms, grey star or cog wheel icon near the top of the right-hand panel. This should launch a window displaying the last rubric you used.
    3. If this is the rubric you want export, click on the 3-line Menu icon in the top left corner of this window and select Download.
    4. If not, use this menu to select and open the particular rubric first and then use the Menu button again to select Download.
    5. Depending on the Internet browser you are using you may be present with different pop-up windows:
      1. In Mozilla Firefox: Select Save File and click on OK then follow e.ii.
      2. In Google Chrome: Navigate to where you want to save the rubric and click on Save.
    6. Close the pop-up layer by clicking on the Close button – bottom left corner of the rubric display.

    1. Open a Turnitin Assignment in your Moodle course
    2. Click on the Launch Rubric Manager icon located under the Submission Inbox tab to the far right under the Export sub-heading
    3. A pop-up window appears showing the last rubric/grading form you used, (if there is one), typically displayed in Turnitin Classic style.
    4. In the top right hand corner of the pop-up screen, click on the View import/export options 3-line button/icon
    5. This should present two options, select Import...
    6. Select or drag files here to import… and click on the white arrow Back to Rubric/Form Manager on the top left thereafter. A tick in a green circle on each file signifies a successful upload.
    7. Click on the View import/export options 3-line button/icon again and select the rubric you just imported
    8. Now you can opt to edit it, by clicking on the MODIFY button (bottom right) and then the SAVE button to retain any changes you've made
    9. To use this rubric for marking tick the Enable scoring checkbox in the bottom left hand corner of the window followed by SAVE
    10. Then exit the pop-up window, click on Close in the top right hand corner of the background screen.
