Replace ~ます -masu with ~ましょう -mashou and you get 'let's', or in a question 'shall we?':

行きましょう。 Ikimashou. 'Let'so s go.'

降りましょう。 Orimashou. 'Let’s get off'

結婚しましょう。 Kekkon shimashou. 'Let's get married!'
