2. Enter the name of the group; leave the user field black we;'ll add the users in the next steps > click submit > group will be created

3. Click on the created group and add users by adding their usernames

4. The group now need permissions to the space.  Click permissions tab  > click edit permissions > search for the group >click add > give the group the required permissions by ticking the boxes (Please note the group must have view permissions as a minimum.) > scroll down and click save all.    Now users in that group will now have permissions to the space.

Manage existing groups

1. Log into https://wiki.ucl.ac.uk > navigate to your space > at the bottom on the left hand menu click space tools > permissions
   

   

2. Click edit permissions > search for the group >click add > give the group the required permissions by ticking the boxes (Please note the group must have view permissions as a minimum.) > scroll down and click save all. 
   

   

3. Click on CSUM Users and Groups tab > in the url address bar add &refresh=1to the end > press the 'return key' on the keyboard  This is required for the group to appear  appear in the list. 
   
   
   
4. The group should now be visible > click on the group to add the required users.
