看见 Kànjiàn and 听见 tīngjiàn are resultative complememts meaning 'see' and 'hear' respectively.

看得见 Kàndejiàn 'can see'

出口的标志很清楚,你肯定看得见。 Chūkǒu de biāozhì hěn qīngchu, nǐ kěndìng kàndejiàn.
‘The exit sign is very obvious, you must be able to see it.’

天上那只风筝你看得见么? Tiānshàng nà zhī fēngzhēng nǐ kàndejiàn me?
‘Can you see the kite in the sky?’
Note that the question particle 么 me is similar to 吗 ma.

你的视力能够看得见第几排的符号? Nǐ de shìlì néng gòu kàndejiàn dì-jǐpái de fúhào?
‘Which row of letters can you see?
Literally “Which row of letters is your eyesight enough to be able to see?”

他就算看得见也不一定看得懂。 Tā jiùsuàn kàndejiàn yě bù yídìng kàndedǒng.
‘He may not understand it even he is able to see it.’

虽然他近视很严重,但是依然看得见那块广告牌。 Suīrán tā jìnshì hěn yánzhòng, dànshì yīrán kàndejiàn nà kuài guǎnggàopái.
‘Although he is seriously short-sighted/myopic, he is still able to see the ad hoarding.’

听得见 Tīngdejiàn 'can hear'

你听得见远处的广播吗? Nǐ tīngdejiàn yuǎnchù de guǎngbō ma?
‘Could you hear the broadcast from far away?’

即使戴着耳机,我也听得见外面的声音。 Jíshǐ dài zhe ěrjī, wǒ yě tīngdejiàn wàimiàn de shēngyīn.
‘Even though I’m wearing earphones, I can still hear voices outside.’

你听得见隔壁的噪音么? Nǐ tīngdejiàn gébì de zàoyīn me?
‘Can you hear noise from the neighbours?’

她说得很轻,但是他听得见。 Tā shuō de hěn qīng, dànshì tā tīngdejiàn.
‘She said it in very low voice, but he could hear it.’ / ‘She spoke very quietly, but he could hear.’

On the phone

喂喂!听得见么? Wèi wèi ! Tīngdejiàn me?
‘Hello, hello! Can you hear me?’
