これは何ですか。 Kore wa nan desu ka. What is this?

お名前は何ですか。 O-namae wa nan desu ka. What is your name?

今日は何日ですか。 Kyou wa nannichi desu ka. What date is it today?

今何時ですか。 Ima nanji desu ka. 'What time is it now?'

あと何分ですか。 Ato nanpun desu ka. 'How many more minutes?'

すみません、トイレはどこですか。 Sumimasen, toire wa doko desu ka. 'Excuse me, where is the toilet?'

銀行はどこですか。 Ginkou wa doko desu ka.  'Where is the bank?'

郵便局はどこですか。 Yuubinkyoku wa doko desu ka. 'Where is the post office?'

目は何色ですか? Me wa naniiro desu ka. 'What is the colour of your eyes?'

Vocab

名前 namae 'name'. Prefixing お o- will always indicate someone else's name.

何日 nannichi 'what date'

今 ima 'now'

何時 nanji 'what time'

あと~ ato '~ more, left'

何分 nanpun 'how many minutes'. The basic pronunciation of 分 minute is 'fun'.

すみません sumimasen 'excuse me, sorry'

どこ doko 'where'

銀行 ginkou 'bank'

郵便局 yuubinkyoku 'post office'

Notes 

何 nani, nan 'what'. Nan is used before counters and words starting in d-, n- and t-.
